Home groups
Our home groups are one of the primary settings in which we get to know one another as friends and family members. We disciple one another, equip one another, and serve one another with Christ's love.

MLT
MEN'S LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The purpose of Men’s Leadership Training (MLT) is to identify, equip, and train gospel-centered leaders for the church’s good and for God’s glory. MLT is designed to identify and equip those men who may be gifted to serve as elders, deacons, home group leaders, and/or Sunday School teachers within our body; it is also designed to identify, train, and send out from our congregation future pastors, missionaries, and Christian workers. Participation in MLT does not require or guarantee service in these roles, but we hope that it will serve as a helpful tool in identifying and equipping those who are gifted to serve in these ways.

WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The purpose of Women’s Leadership Training (WLT) is to identify, equip, and train gospel-centered leaders for the church’s good and for God’s glory. Participants will be trained and mentored in various areas, including counseling, teaching, mentoring and more. Participation in WLT does not require or guarantee service in these roles, but we hope that it will serve as a helpful tool in identifying and equipping those who are gifted to serve in these ways.
